Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic flow linking movement to breath. Energising and invigorating — ideal for a morning session or team reset.

Yin Yoga
Long, passive holds to soften tension in the body. Deeply calming — perfect for stress relief and afternoon recovery.

Restorative Yoga
Fully supported resting poses to restore the nervous system. Particularly effective for teams experiencing high workload or burnout.


Pranayama/Breathwork
Breathing techniques that immediately regulate the stress response — practical tools your team can use beyond the session.
Meditation
Guided mindfulness and awareness practices to dissolve mental noise and cultivate sustained focus and presence.

Yoga nidra
Conscious sleep — a guided practice between waking and dreaming. One hour equals four hours of regular sleep. Transformative for exhausted teams.
