YIN YOGA WITH LIVE MUSIC
An Intimate Saturday Evening at Khandallah Shala
Join Claudio for a slow, soulful Saturday evening of Yin Yoga held to the sound of live music. In this small, intimate setting — capped at just 12 people — we'll move gently through supported Yin postures, holding each shape for 3–4 minutes with the help of blankets and bolsters, while Claudio plays guitar, harmonium, and flute live in the room, finishing the practice with the deep resonance of Tibetan singing bowls.
This is an open-level class — no prior Yin experience needed. Come as you are, settle in, and let the live music guide you into stillness.
