Cancellation Policy

Yoga Classes Policy Welcome! To ensure a safe, peaceful experience for everyone and respect our residential neighbours, please review our policies prior to booking: 1. Arrival & Studio Access * Punctuality:Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Doors are locked promptly at start time; late arrivals cannot be accommodated once class begins. * Entry: Remove shoes and coats in the designated entry area upon arrival. 2. Parking & Neighbourhood Etiquette As our studio is situated in a residential neighbourhood, we kindly ask for your cooperation in keeping our community peaceful: * Parking:Park mindfully along Mysore Street. *Strictly NO driving up or parking in the house driveway.* Do not block driveways or grass lawns. * Quiet Entry/Exit: Keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving, especially for early morning or evening sessions. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling * 24-Hour Notice:Cancel or reschedule online up to 24 hours before class for a full refund or class credit. * Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed classes forfeit the class fee/credit. 4. Health & Safety * If Unwell: Please stay home if you have cold or flu symptoms and notify us as soon as possible. * Injuries: Inform the teacher of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class starts. * Mats & Props: Bring your own mat or hire a studio mat. Studio props are provided and disinfected after each use. 5. Studio Etiquette * Phones: Switch all mobile devices to Silent (not vibrate) before entering. 6. Payments & Class Passes *Advance Booking: Pre-booking and pre-payment online are required to secure your spot, as home studio space is strictly limited. *Class Passes & Expiry: Class passes and package deals are non-transferable and subject to the expiration date stated at the time of purchase.
