An Intimate Evening of Deep Rest at Khandallah Shala
Join Claudio for a deeply nourishing Saturday evening of Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing. Fully supported by blankets and bolsters, you'll hold each restorative pose for around 5 minutes while Claudio plays soothing, subtle live music. We'll close with a long final relaxation, accompanied by the gentle resonance of Tibetan singing bowls.
Held in the small, intimate setting of Khandallah Shala and capped at 12 people, this is the perfect way to slow all the way down before the holiday season takes over.
