Claudio skilfully layers the sounds of gongs, crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flutes, and other traditional instruments, enhanced through high-quality audio equipment so the sound can be both heard and felt throughout your body.Harmonic sound and vibration offer the nervous system a chance to truly rest. In this state of relaxation, the thinking mind softens, and we find connection to citta — the heart-mind. From this place, silence arises naturally through the vehicle of sound.This experience is open to everyone. No previous yoga or meditation practice is needed.
What to bring:Bring your own yoga mat or camping mattress, small pillows, eye pillows and blanket to assure comfort.
