IN THE ROOM
01
More than just a class —
a complete practice
Claudio's studio classes go well beyond physical postures. Each session weaves together Asana, Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, and Meditation — creating a complete practice rather than just a workout.
Many classes also feature live music on harmonium, Gong sounds, or Singing bowls — creating an atmosphere unlike a typical studio class and deepening the meditative quality of the practice.
All levels welcome
No experience needed. Claudio reads the room and offers modifications so every student feels comfortable and appropriately challenged.
Live Sound Healing
All classes feature live Harmonium, Gong, or singing bowls — an atmosphere unlike any standard studio class in Wellington.
A holistic practice
Movement, breathwork, mantra, meditation, and Savasana — every class is a complete journey from warm-up to deep rest.
STYLES ON OFFER
What style is right for you?
Claudio teaches four main styles in studio — each with its own pace, depth, and focus.
All are offered at multiple levels and are suitable for complete beginners.

Hatha Yoga
The foundation of all yoga — a balanced practice of postures, breathwork, and relaxation. Builds strength, flexibility, and a quiet, centred mind. The ideal starting point for beginners and a reliable anchor for experienced practitioners.

Vinyasa Flow
Dynamic movement linked to breath in a flowing, rhythmic sequence. Energising, warming, and deeply meditative. Classes vary in intensity — Claudio adapts to the room's energy on the day, always building towards stillness.

Yin Yoga
Long, passive holds of 3–5 minutes that soften deep connective tissue — hips, spine, and shoulders. Profound for stress relief, flexibility, and quiet contemplation. Often paired with live singing bowls or gentle flute.

Restorative Yoga
Fully supported poses held for extended periods, around 5 minutes. Deeply restoring — particularly powerful for burnout and sleep.

WHAT STUDENTS SAY
Words from the Mat
Claudio's students come from all experience levels — from first-timers to long-term practitioners. Here's what a few have shared about his studio classes.
"Claudio quickly became a team favorite during his time leading our lunchtime yoga classes. His instruction is technically excellent—offering smooth flows, clear cues, and accessible options for all levels. However, it’s the ‘extra elements’ he brings to the mat that truly set him apart: a warm personality, a great sense of humor, and an incredibly unique musical talent. Claudio elevates the practice by incorporating instruments from his travels into his sessions, turning a standard class into an immersive experience. While I usually treasure a quiet Savasana, his singing is so soothing that I find myself fighting sleep just to listen. I highly recommend both his yoga classes and his Sound Healing concerts."

I HIGHLY recommend Claudio for sound healing. I was incredibly lucky to receive this beautiful experience where I felt tension shift from my bones and soul. A favourite for me was the placement of Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks directly on my body. I could feel their vibrations gently unwinding years of tension. I left feeling so peaceful, the tranquility made by the vibrations of sound is truly potent. Claudio is a beautiful and attentive therapist and teacher and this is a gorgeous way to receive what sound has to offer us in healing

I definitely recommend Claudio for amazing and very special yoga classes adding some Sound Healing. Such unique experience with all the tips you need to succeed every posture as well as reconnecting with your deep self.
I also experimented private sound healing sessions that I really enjoyed.
Don’t miss the opportunity to experiment either yoga class or sound healing with Claudio, beautiful soul!
