Full Sadhana
A complete spiritual practice — Pranayama, Mantra, Mudra, Asana, Meditation, and Relaxation woven into one session.

Yin Yoga

Pranayama / Breathwork

Vinyasa Flow

Simple, transparent pricing
Private lessons are priced per session. Packages of multiple sessions are available at a reduced rate — the more you commit to your practice, the better the value.
All sessions include a pre-lesson consultation to set intentions and a post-lesson debrief to support integration.
Sessions available at Claudio's studio in Wellington, at your home, or at an agreed outdoor location.
Travel outside central Wellington may incur a small additional fee.

Claudio designs a session tailored to you. You explore, ask questions, and build at exactly your own pace.

Ongoing practice
Each session builds on the last. Claudio provides home practice recommendations so your progress continues between lessons.
