Claudio's teaching goes beyond the physical postures. Every class weaves together Asana (movement), Pranayama (breathwork), Mantra (sacred sound), Mudra (hand gestures), Meditation, and Deep Relaxation —  accompanied by live music on harmonium,  singing bowls and Gong

Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, each class meets you exactly where you are. The goal is simple: help you feel more at home in your body,  quieter in your mind and discover your full potential.

The foundation. A balanced practice of postures and breathwork to build strength, flexibility, and inner stillness.

Vinyasa Flow

Dynamic and rhythmic — movement linked to breath in a flowing sequence. Energising, warming, and meditative.

Long, passive holds that soften deep connective tissue. Perfect for stress relief, flexibility, and quiet reflection.

Restorative Yoga

Fully supported poses held for extended periods. Deeply restoring — particularly powerful for burnout and sleep.

Yoga Nidra

Conscious sleep — a guided practice between waking and dreaming. One hour equals four hours of regular sleep.

Meditation &Pranayama

Breath and awareness practices to dissolve mental noise, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate presence.

Guided relaxation with live Tibetan bowls, flutes, or harmonium woven in. A bridge between yoga and sound healing.
